Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. postal holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high order volume (such as product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support as a growing brand.
Shipping Within the United States
At this time, NailsBySuhey ships only within the United States.
Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:

a failed delivery attempt

refusal of the package
the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, NailsBySuhey is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in contacting the carrier and helping locate your package whenever possible.
Order Issues
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you with a resolution.
Photos of the package and product may be required to process claims.
