Returns

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Due to hygiene and safety standards within the beauty industry, certain products cannot be returned.


How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Supporting photos may be required to process your claim.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gel products

  • Custom or pre-made press-on nails

  • Personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Electronics unless covered under a valid warranty claim

Warranty claims do not cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or lack of proper care.

Additionally, items purchased during sales events, promotions, or special discounts may not be eligible for return unless defective.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible). Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Electronics are not eligible for exchange unless covered under warranty.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note that financial institutions and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post refunds to your account.
